The HG-T timed operation recycling machine is suitable for timed automatic recycling of injection nozzle material branches. The machine sets the automatic operation time and shutdown time according to the injection molding time and the amount of nozzle material, so that the machine can automatically start up when needed and automatically shut down after crushing and recycling. This series has the advantages of improving production efficiency, enhancing product quality, reducing labor, energy consumption, and pollution, making it an ideal equipment for the injection molding industry.

Purpose and Characteristics

• The feeding port adopts an automatic feeding door to ensure that the crusher has no load during startup and shutdown, and at the same time, the crushed material cannot be sprayed out completely;

• Extra large feed inlet, capable of recovering larger volumes of material branches;

• Stainless steel feeding hopper ensures that recycled materials are not contaminated

• Run on schedule as needed, greatly reducing electricity consumption:

• Equipped with a suction mixer, accurately recycling the material ratio to achieve the best product quality;

• Double layer soundproof upper bucket, low noise;

• Medium speed operation improves the quality of recycled materials.
